Warranty

Should delivered items exhibit obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, please report such defects immediately to us or the Swiss Post employee delivering the items. Failure to report such defects, however, does not affect your statutory rights. For all defects in the purchased goods that occur during the statutory warranty period, Adseto Hostettler reserves the right to provide a warranty, at its discretion, through free repair, an equivalent replacement, or a refund of the purchase price. Further claims are excluded. Returns are only permitted with the prior consent of Adseto Hostettler.
